Yesterday I made some cupcakes for a dinner party. I relied on my ever faithful flourless chocolate cupcake recipe given to me by a friend but decided to stray from the usual buttercream icing flavours. I ended up making an icing from peanut butter, icing sugar and butter (a recipe I found on Martha Stewart's website).
They turned out fabulously and were quite delicious despite being a little rich. Luckily I made extra so I'll have a small supply for a couple of days!
