The other day I literally stumbled across a hole-in-the-wall thrift store. I almost walked right by it mesmerised by the jar full of knitting needles in the window. I walked in and headed straight to the pattern box and made two amazing discoveries.
The first one was this vintage skirt pattern. There's nothing to indicate the year of this pattern, but I'd estimate the 1950s (I could be totally and completely wrong though).
I have a green and white striped fabric I think would be perfect for this project!
My next find was a knitting book. Even though I can't knit, I love looking at the pictures.
Now all I need to do is learn how to knit....
